From One (Former) Googler to Another

I get it, because I’m a Xoogler. Before becoming a somatic coach, I spent seven years at Google’s New York office (2003–2010), leading advertising campaigns for Fortune 500 brands. I know firsthand what it means to manage demanding clients, constant travel and client entertainment, ambitious and ever-increasing targets, all while balancing the dynamic energy of Google life.

I also know the toll it can take on the body, the mind and the soul. The constant emails (hello, Never-Inbox-Zero!), the pressure and stress to hit your OKRs and the mental load of always being “on.” That lived experience is what inspired me to shift into somatic work. Today, I bridge the world of high-performance corporate life with the practical tools of body-sensing awareness, so professionals like you can thrive without burning out.
