In MERGE, we bring both aspects of our being into inner union. Through breath, we soften the barriers between them. Through somatic movement, we let them meet in the language of sensation. And through expressive writing, we give them voice on the page.

In this immersive Body, Breath & Words Experience, we fuse:

• Conscious, connected 2-part breathwork to shake loose the heaviness

• Somatic movement and dance to get you out of the thinking mind and into the sensing body

• Guided writing to unearth the dualities you may be clinging to

• And a community of wild-hearted humans who are just as ready as you are to reunite with themselves

The evening flow:

We’ll begin with a powerful breathwork journey designed to clear, open, and awaken your inner landscape. In the second half of the experience, we shift into somatic embodiment practices, movement and creative expressive writing, giving your body and voice space to release, explore and create.

By the end, you’ll:

• Feel lighter, clearer, more inspired and connected

• Live from a deeper, wilder, more unified place

• Shake off self-doubt and unlock creative energy you forgot (or didn't even know) you had

• Leave with pages of expressive writing, a body that feels alive, and a voice that feels expressed

What to Bring: Wear comfortable clothing for movement, and bring a journal, pen and water bottle (and an open mind)
